Requesting a Transcript from Lon Morris College

 

  • Transcripts will be processed on the 1st and 15th every month **
  • The cost for each Official Transcript is $5.00
  • Complete a “Request a Transcript” form in FULL for each transcript requested and the student’s signature MUST be on the form to process the transcript request
  • Transcript requests will be processed in the order in which they are received
  • Students must have a $0 balance with Lon Morris in order to receive an official transcript.
  • Transcripts will not be processed for ANY person until the account with the College is clear
  • To submit requests, please email or fax the completed form to Lon Morris College at lmctranscripts@gmail.com or fax to (855) 631-4001
  • All transcripts must be paid for in order to process the transcript request
  • Payment for transcript order may be done via PAYPAL through the “Pay for Transcripts” link on the homepage or by clicking the button on this page OR by mailing a check (made out to LMC), cash, or money order to LMC at 600 College Ave., Jacksonville, TX 75766

 

Note:

** If your account has an outstanding balance or you do not pay and submit the transcript request form correctly, your request may be further delayed.

** A $40 rush fee will be charged in the event the student desperately needs a transcript to be processed outside the processing dates of the 1st and the 15th
