To Request a Transcript from Lon
Morris College
The cost for each Official Transcript is $5.00
- Complete a “Request a Transcript” form for each transcript requested.
(The students’ original signature must be on the form. Be sure to include a contact phone number and email address on the request as well as a method of payment)
- Transcript requests will be processed in the order in which they are received
- To submit requests to Lon Morris College
scan and email all completed requests to lmctranscripts@gmail.com or fax to (855) 631-4001
- Payment for transcript order may be done through PayPal by clicking the donate button on this page.
Please note:
Transcript requests will not be processed for any person until the Student’s account with the College is clear.
